Surprise!

Photo: Walking out to help open car doors at dismissal today, I ran into the mom of one of my favorite first grade boys. In her arms was a bouquet of wrapped flowers, which she was carrying homecoming queen style. I said, "Hello, Miss America!", and she giggled. Well about five minutes later, I looked up to see this lady and her freckle-faced son coming my way. With a big old smile on his face, her red-headed boy presented the posies to ME! Every woman knows that the best reason to receive flowers is for no reason at all. Needless to say, my day was made by this random act of flowers!
